Domestic Shipping
We offer shipping within the United States and aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times will vary based on your location and selected shipping method, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please note that delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods, which are outside of our control.
International Shipping
We are happy to offer international shipping to select locations. Processing times remain the same (1–3 business days), however delivery timelines may vary significantly depending on destination, customs processing, and local carriers.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your country’s regulations.
Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance or other factors beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise determined.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund may be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for processing.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund that does not meet these conditions.
